Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.

1. With AdMob and its partners: We may share Your personal information with AdMob and its partners to serve personalized ads to You.

2. With Unity Technologies and its partners: We may share Your personal information with Unity Technologies and its partners to process in-app purchases made through Unity IAP.

3. With third-party service providers: We may share Your personal information with third-party service providers who perform services on Our behalf, such as analytics and fraud detection.

4. With law enforcement agencies or regulators: We may share Your personal information if we believe it is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect Our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.

5. With Your consent: We may disclose Your personal information for any other purpose with Your consent.

RETENTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The Company does not store any of your Personal Data. However, third-party services such as AdMob and Unity IAP may collect and store your Personal Data. The retention of your Personal Data by these third-party services is governed by their respective privacy policies.

Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

AdMob and Unity IAP may process user information, including Personal Data, at their partner offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from Your jurisdiction.

By using Our app and accepting this Privacy Policy, You consent to the transfer of Your Personal Data to AdMob and Unity IAP for the purposes outlined in their respective privacy policies. AdMob and Unity IAP will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your Data is treated securely and in accordance with their respective privacy policies and no transfer of Your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of Your Data and other personal information.

DELETE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

As the Company does not store any of your Personal Data, there is no Data to be deleted by Us. However, third-party services such as AdMob and Unity IAP may collect and store Your Personal Data. If You would like to delete Your Personal Data stored by these third-party services, You will need to contact them directly as the retention of Your Personal Data by these third-party services is governed by their respective privacy policies.

DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Business Transactions

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

Law enforcement

Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. 

We do not have access to, nor do We collect or store any personal information from Our users. However, Our advertising partner AdMob may collect and use certain information from users in order to serve personalized ads. Additionally, Our in-app purchases are handled by Unity IAP, which may collect and use certain information from users to process and fulfill purchases. Unity IAP's privacy policy can be found here: https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy. If You have any questions or concerns about AdMob's or Unity IAP's data collection and use practices, please contact AdMob or Unity Technologies directly. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact AdMob and Unity Technologies to request deletion of the Data.

Please note that by using Our Service, You consent to AdMob's and Unity IAP's collection and use of information as described in their respective Privacy Policies. If We need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing Your information and Your country requires consent from a parent, We may require Your parent's consent before We collect and use that information.
